Return & Refund Policy

At Luxieon, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including [list any non-returnable items, e.g., gift cards, personalized items].

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at contact@luxieon.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The credit will appear within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases:

  • Items with signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company and bank as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@luxieon.com.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@luxieon.com and send your item to: [return address].

Shipping

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery Time: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
